1. What should be the resolution
of your artwork design?
Your images and designs should be saved to 300 dpi at
100% of the dimensions to ensure high quality printing
results. Low resolution images or bitmaps will create
visible pixelation or blur in your finished order.
2. What is the color mode you
should choose?
We uses the industry standard CMYK 4-color process printing.
We do not print spot colour (pantone colour).
3. What should you do if your
graphics and images are RGB color mode?
When you are designing on screen the color language
is RGB. When we print full color we use is CMYK. Make
sure you convert your images to CMYK as visual difference
are occasionally encountered.
4. What should you notice when
designing an artwork?
Please leave the contents at least 3-5mm from the cut
line so as to avoid any problem. Please do not set up
4 colour black when using large areas of black coverage,
it should be left at 100% K(Black).
5. What type of application files
do we accept?
We accept Adobe Ilustrator, Photoshop and Macromedia
Freehand or .pdf files. You may download these files
templates from our website.
6. What if I do not know how
to use drawing and graphic software like Illustrator
or Photoshop?
For your convenience, please download our free MS Word
or Powerpoint template in our download section.
7. How you pay us?
The payment can be done by cash or cheque. We do not
accept NETS and credit cards. First time customers will
required to pay deposit when place order.
8. What is Bleeding?
Bleeding is a printing term that means the image exceeds
the sheet edge. Printers cannot print right to the edge
of a paper sheet. To create that effect, the printer
must use a sheet which is larger than the document size.
Then the printer prints beyond the edge of the document
size, then cuts the paper down to the document size.
For all design example like name cards, you should leave
1mm bleed on 4 edge (dimension of cut size is 90mm x
54mm then the bleed size should be 92mm x 56mm).
